It employed the chassis of the Panther tank, and a 88mm anti-tank gun. Its thick armour at an angle enhanced its protection, and made it one of the most fearsome weapon system in the Second World War. Its top speed is 55 km/hr despite its heavy weight of 45.5 tons. The German built 415 Jagdpanther until April, 1945, and most of these tanks are quite the same even between mass-produced and late versions. |

| 話說二月某日我在公司接到渥太華的老細電話，他告知我今年將會升職，所以當日放工後閒逛模型店，在無意中發現這盒「先行販賣」版的模型後，二話不說便把它買下來作為慶祝。這戰車的出品是一貫田宮 1:48 MM 系列的質素，所以製作它的過程倒也風平浪靜，無甚特別。但當我製作至尾段時，模型村突然宣佈其討論版因為需要轉換伺服器的關係而暫時關閉。所以我決定趁它在關閉前完成這模型及貼在該討論版上，以支持討論版早日重開的呼籲。 | This model was bought as a gift to myself for my promotion. This is why I bought it even the shop only had the "Special Advanced Sale Item", which featured no coloured box art at all. The model was nicely engineered and manufactured by Tamiya; building it was like a breeze. However its completion was speeded up a little bit because Model Village announced a temporary closure. Thus I would like to finish a model and post it to its discussion forum for the closure. |

| 至於上色方面，這坦克的圖案是依照說明書而做的。雖然這圖案似是難以在實戰中發揮任何保護作用，但它勝在別緻，所以亦不要追究太多了。 | The camouflage pattern is on the instruction but even Tamiya does not know much about it. As long as it looks nice and interesting to me, I will do it! |
